Understanding the difference between a Townhome vacation home and a Condo vacation home is important in making your decision.

Townhomes are attached to another home on either one side or both sides but do not have anyone living on top or below as in a condo.  Condos have to share hallways and Elevators where as a townhome offers your own private entry to the home with no top or bottom neighbors.

Many Townhomes also offer private pools, easier financing and in most cases offer more affordable than purchasing a Single family home.
